Harold Sipe has worked on top tier mobile, casual and social game titles. He has acted as the creative vision holder and project manager for games produced in partnership with such licensors as Paramount Pictures, National Geographic, Lifetime TV and others.
His first graphic novel, SCREAMLAND from Image Comics, was selected for honorable mention in Publisher’s Weekly Critic’s Round-Up, named best horror comic of the year by Fangoria Magazine and best satire by Wizard Magazine.
Of course, there’s always the chance that this is an enormous red herring planted by the wily Urban on an unsuspecting SF journo. Gary Mitchell has already appeared in this iteration of the Trek universe courtesy of issue #2 of IDW’s Star Trek comic, and perhaps more importantly has been explicitly denied any part in Trek 2 by co-writer and producer Roberto Orci in a recent interview. The movie guys are overseeing the comic and there was no real question to Mitchell’s fate in the “re-imagined” Where No Man Has Gone Before. Even before Bad Robot, Paramount has always told the comics where not to journey between films. I find this very hard to believe, coupled with the fact that the early trailer focused on genetic engineering and cryogenic tubes. Neither concept had anything to do with Mitchell’s character in the original timeline.
